Easy ways to reach us, no matter your favorite transport.

If coming from Tripureshwor / Kalimati side:

  • Head straight north on the Tripureshwor Marg towards Sundhara.
  • Pass the Dashrath Stadium on your left.
  • Keep driving straight past the Nepal Airlines (RNAC) building intersection.
  • CTC Mall will be a large glass building on your left side, directly opposite the new Dharahara Tower.

If coming from Kantipath / Jamal / Thamel side:

  • Drive south along Kantipath road, heading towards Ratna Park / Bir Hospital.
  • Continue straight towards the main Sundhara intersection.
  • Make a U-turn (if traffic rules permit at the RNAC junction) or follow the roundabout past Kathmandu Mall to get on the correct side of the road.
  • CTC Mall will be on your left, right next to the Civil Mall and opposite Dharahara.
  •  Parking Information (Great news for drivers!)
  • Don't worry about finding street parking in busy Sundhara!
  • CTC Mall offers secure, multi-level underground parking.
  • When you arrive at the front of the mall, simply drive down the basement ramp. Take the elevator straight from the parking lot up to the 3rd floor.

If riding from Thamel / Kantipath / Jamal:

  • Ride south along Kantipath heading towards Ratna Park and Bir Hospital.
  • Cross the main RNAC/Sundhara intersection.
  • Stay in the left lane. You will see the new Dharahara Tower on your right.
  • CTC Mall is the large glass building immediately on your left, right next to Civil Mall.

If riding from Tripureshwor / Teku side:

  • Ride straight towards Sundhara, passing Dashrath Stadium on your left.
  • When you reach the RNAC intersection, you will need to take a U-turn (or follow the traffic flow around the Kathmandu Mall junction) to get onto the correct side of the road.
  • Once facing south again, stay in the left lane. CTC Mall will be on your left.

If riding from New Road:

  • Exit from the main New Road Gate.
  • Turn right heading towards Sundhara.
  • Stay in the left lane past the RNAC building, and CTC Mall will be just ahead on your left.

🛵 Bike Parking Information

No need to stress about parking on the busy streets of Sundhara!

  • CTC Mall has a massive, secure two-wheeler parking lot in the basement.
  • As you approach the front of the mall, look for the basement ramp on the ground floor.
  • Ride down, grab your parking ticket, and park securely.
  • From the basement, you can take the elevator or escalator straight up to the 3rd floor.
