  • Portal Access: As a customer, you automatically have access to your tickets in the portal. We recommend adding portal users as followers for seamless communication.
  • Ticket Management: We use an efficient system to manage and resolve tickets promptly.
  • Auto-Close Policy: Tickets will auto-close after 7 days of inactivity, with a reminder sent 2 days prior.
